📞 Travel Consultation.

During this 1-hour travel consultation, we will review your current itinerary, brainstorm travel ideas, and answer all your questions. My goal is to provide you with the insights and expert tips you need to refine your travel plan and finalise your dream trip safely and with confidence.

Pricing and Availability

€50 for a one-hour session. I am available Monday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Once you pick your slot on Calendly, simply complete the payment via the PayPal or Stripe buttons below. I will fully confirm our travel consultation as soon as I receive your payment.

🎨 Personalised Itinerary.

To receive your personalised itinerary, you just need to follow these easy steps.

1️⃣ Fill out the Travel Form. This will help me create an initial draft plan based on your destination, travel schedule, and budget.

2️⃣ Proceed with the payment of €10 fee. The small fee only covers the draft itinerary, which you will review before I proceed with the detailed version.

3️⃣ Kindly wait 3-5 business days. You will receive the draft itinerary and the final quote by email after settling the draft fee (€10).

4️⃣ Confirm and proceed. If you’d like to move forward with the full detailed itinerary, simply confirm the draft and complete the payment of the final quote.

5️⃣ Optional phone/video consultation. If you have requested a call, it will take place before the final plan is prepared, so I can better tailor the itinerary to your preferences. Day and time will be set according to your schedule.

6️⃣ Wait for your custom itinerary. Once I receive your payment, I will start designing your bespoke trip. Please allow between 5 and 15 working days depending on the trip lenght and multi-stop itinerary.

7️⃣ What will you get? I will send you a PDF by email containing a complete day-by-day programme with resources and links to book flights, accommodation, transport, activities, and tours. I will also include suggestions for restaurants, bars, clubs, museums, galleries, special spots, and hidden gems.

Pricing.

The price includes not only the itinerary itself, but also the time dedicated to researching, comparing the best deals, and offering support to clarify or revise the plan once, according to your preferences. Rates are based on a careful comparison with similar services and providers. For reference, a comparable package from a traditional travel agent can cost up to €3,000, with prices increasing depending on the number of travellers. Instead, my rates are per single itinerary, regardless of how many travellers join the trip.

Standard price includes 1 revision (up to 10 days before the planned departure). If you require more than one revision of the itinerary, or additional support during the trip, extra fees will apply.
